The guy has been very adamant and rude and do not have manners to talk with customers. I have given him my parcel on Friday evening and he said he will do packing and all on his own. Presently the parcel is not yet sent and he has taken money giving assurance he shall do it next day that is saturday. i have asked him receipt of courier he has not given it. Presently when asked he is talking very rough language and not giving receipt yet. My parcel that was given to him on friday due to some reason I said to him not to courier it but very next day I did say to him to send it. Now he is not bothered to even answer phone or reply even though I have chased him 4-5 times. Please remove such people from such a nice service of Shree Maruti to get hampered.
