Poor server speed leads to waiting for more than three hours even pre booked appointments. In this new generation we are talking about digital india. Please ensure necessary solution to fasten the service. As a parent for child we faced difficulties for even toilets and water. There were no proper toilet facilities available at this station.

To be honest excellent service I have seen more than 4 passport office in my experience this is one of the best particularly the staff was really caring (both of them only two were there) .I am expecting all the government officers should be like them .fist time I felt n india like a abroad service thanks for that .

This is one of the nearest passport office for Perambalur and Cuddalore west district and Very slow process and one benefits is not come with accurate time 15min before and after to attend the appointment time. Easy way for passport office You are now in Perambalur new Bus stand take a share auto to old bus stand( attur main road, petrol bunk stop) and two to five minutes walk. Nearest in Vasuki Balraj hospital.

Great - OUT STADNDING JOBS BY office staff, perambalur. Very less crowd.!! Peaceful place. Good staff. Specially incharge madam. Excellent staff. On my doc. Verification time (03-12-18), incharge of passport office madam are simply, very nice attitude. Within 15-20 minutes will be complete documents verification. I Ramanjul Naidu. Has applied my passport on 30-11-18, document verification done on 03-12-18, and police verification done on 06-12-18. Today (10-12-18) I got PASSPORT DISPATCH SMS. ! Ocerall total process time taken only 11days. (not a talkal) Thank you to passport office staff. Thank you Govt. Of India 🇮🇳
