Very worst delivery service. There behaviour is too arrogant and bad. They return the product without customers confirmation. If your package is coming through ecom please do not use there service.Don't even have a number to make a query, will never call you nor deliver the product. Worst among the worst.I ordered a product through amazon and the courier partner was ecom express. Its been more than 15 days the product showing out for delivery. But no one contacted or delivered the product on promised date. Havent got the courier till date its been 15days and from amazon .the product had arrived the ecom puthenteruvu office .still no call .and the status showed return .i again ordrd the same product via another site but for bad luck they shipped via ecom ..

I ordered a product from mantra which was unexpectedly damaged .so I returned to mantra..unfortunately, my return product was through ECOM EXPRESS Karunagappally. The delivery boy didn't pick up the order moreover a message came from I'm express, saying that I rescheduled..which was false... The next day again same thing happened... So before ordering make sure the delivery partner is not ECOM express..worst experience I shared the experience with mantra too..and they assured to look forward this issue in a more serious manner
