Bad service. Why do you accept shipping if you can't deliver to certain areas?

DTDC courier is a scam. They accept the shipping for the address given. But at the time of delivery they say that the destination address is remote area. And i need to pick from their location. It’s totally non sense. Worst ever service. I never be using DTDC anymore. I don’t have option to give 0 rating.

They are not professional and they are not at all being responsible in answering customer queries. Their behavior is rude. They are not delivering any courier. We have to go and collect ourselves. Managements even never accepting any complaints I tried two days but I could not connect call to raise a complaint. Management should revoke the license of tindivanam branch from the concern franchisee located in rajampettai.
