These guys can not be trusted on their words. They took money for booking a plot, while booking they said, sir, if you don’t like the plot and if you want to cancel it.. we will immediately return the money (I did not see the plot till that time). When we saw the plot and canceled the plot, they did not return the deposit immediately, which they promised while booking, they said it will take one week to return the money and they will return it in a cheque, I waited for a week and when I called back after a week they said, sir we will return it in your account today, which they did not do. This same thing kept going for more than 2 months.. after continuous follow ups and numerous calls. Finally I got my money back in multiple installments. These guys do not stick to their words.

My experience is Very Bad, I have booked my passion approx 2018 Techno city 2, AS per Discussion DHL employee (JP Shahu) he told me within 1 year my passion will ready, but still don't do any development by her sides . If I contact them then they do not give proper response to me and also visit the office they also share with me only wrong information and wrong data , All are doing only sales and Sales they don't care with words, All are Fake, Still don’t ready handover the plot registry . They all are Only Fake commitment and fake information so please don’t Believe words .....
