When I was on the first line for speed post in your Golpahari branch post office, your employee stopped me and did other's work first. When I asked the reason for this, he told me "Why are you hurrying, you don't have any other work, I can recognize by looking at the face who works and who doesn't" He spoke rudely with me. He doesn't even know how to talk to a customer, so he doesn't deserve this post. This is not the image of an Indian citizen at all. I want action to be taken against them.

Non friendly staff members thought guard is good he is helpful but the people inside counter are very rude and most of the counters are closed due to which you have to wait for like 20 min for your work to be done and 20 min is the minimum I am saying it may take hours

Kaam achche hote h sirf post office pahunch kara, inka phone kabhi koi receive nahi karta jo diye hue h. Or hamari Govt jaha har chiz digital karne ki try kar rhi h woha inka phone receive hi nahi hota. SIM is required to update Aadhaar card in BSNL office. It also costs money to get a BSNL SIM card and there will be a charge to update the Aadhar card. The big one is Chutiyapa.....

Best example of mismanagement. There are nearly 17+ counter's here but only 3 counter are opened. Even if there is a que the employee are more interested in having a chat rather than opening the counter and start doing what they get paid to do. A women employee is either busy on the phone or busy chatting with her colleague sitting next to her. Once waited over 30 minutes in queue because only one counter was open where a elderly man was doing his job rest all where sitting there gossiping amongst themselves.

Bistupur head Post office had many facilities of posting like odanary post and speed post it is the main post office of Jamshedpur. Now passport facilities are also available here. If you are a citizens of Jamshedpur and if you applied for passport then you have to came here to verify your documents. It is the head post office of Bistupur. It is situated near the Regal Chowk. All facilities are available though they need a bit better maintainance. The place is crowded on working days and almost full before occasions. The deliveries are usually on time or with a minimal delay. Overall a good post office.
