Lack of staff. PLI submissions often do not contain links. And fixing PLI submission time till 2 pm, which is problematic for working people. Those who get old age allowance, widow allowance have to come to the post office for two days to withdraw government money, one day to deposit, another day to withdraw the money. As a result, they have to be harassed and also have to bear the cost of travel. If the authorities think about this, the people will benefit.
