One of the worst courier service in Tamilnadu. Dont use these couriers, use speed post of Indian postal services which is far way better. No proper response and delivery, my courier from health insurance company is not yet delivered. I have been asking for a month. They are simply saying telephone repair and bike repair. Then why should we use logistics services. So pathetic behaviour. I demand an explanation on this unprofessional service. Very disappointed, what is the process in escalation in your company. Not at all happy with this behaviour. I have never saw a worst people like this. They are spoiling entire company name. How can you ask the customer to come and pick the courier in the office, then why we have paid to deliver that. I don't understand. Will you deliver my file or not, it it happens to you guys will you agree. Please show some responsibility in your work.
