Worst courier service in Aurangabad I ever seen. I had order aproduct from a online company .I placed my order on 19th March and till this date I didn't received my product.1st msg got that consignee not available and it's false . because I didn't even get a call from a delivery boy just a bludy OTP. I called to customer service2 times for a complaint,lady was very rude on call.jst say "7 baje tak pahonch jayega' and cut the phn.its my prepaid order.

Worst delivery ever. I Could have given even less stars than the minimum. It is holding on to the package for 15 days now when it should have been delivered to me 8 days before. They are not even not even responding to Amazon. They make late delivery, lose items, and whatnot. Even the customer service doesn't have any idea what's happening. Hopeless Courier service. They don't care to deliver medicine on time even though parcel is arrived at hub. And on contacting them and request them please deliver my order today(because there will be 8 day lockdown from 10-07-2020 till 18-07-2020)and as expected man from other end gave hopeless answer that order will deliver once lockdown is lifted. Hopeless. Never go for this courier ever. Because service of this courier is not EXPRESS in any sense.

Edited review: Upping rating from 1 to 3. It seems most couriers have on average rating 3 or below. I got my parcel finally. Lockdown was there so it's ok. Parcel arrived at hub on 27 July. Not delivered. They will not answer properly on phone. My 2 parcels are at their hub on Nagar Paithan link road.

I had an order from an online shop that was being delivered by Ecom Express. The order was to be shipped from Bhiwandi (Thane) to Aurangabad. It reached Aurangabad delivery center by 29 July. However, after this it was at the delivery center for at least a week with no updates whatsoever after this and I am writing this on 5 August and the product has not been delivered yet. I called the customer service 7 times and every time I received the same response that the product will be delivered within 24-48 hours. I am not sure if this is a problem just with the Aurangabad branch or with Ecom Express as a whole. I've only had their services once and this review is based on that. I'll keep this review updated to see what it gets delivered. Update: 07-08-2020: I received a call from the delivery center saying they do not have anybody or a vehicle to deliver the product and asked me to get it myself or wait till they employ someone or get a vehicle. Honestly, I do understand these times are challenging (because of the COVID situation going on) but then if you are a service provider hoping to survive with your competitors, there's no way out.
