Couriered a parcel with tracking number SMG1066145 to Pune on the 22nd of Jul. It was secured with 2 layers of plastic covers as it was carrying my precious Hand embroidered cotton bags meant for an exhibition in Pune. The service was as good as a "snail mail" and took a good 5 days to be delivered. To my horror, I saw the parcel stained with lots of yellow coloured oil from the outside. 3 of my bags gone down the drain😡.

Very poor service from this branch ,i have couriered one percel to Shimogga from Bangalore. It's reached in one day to Shimogga.But they not delivered to as per address and they telling come and tack the parcel.from last one day still parcel not recieved from this team.worst experience.

worst service from Professional service. I booked a cover to chikmagalur from Shimoga on 26.12.2020 AT 07.30 PM. I was shocked to note that the same has not reached Chikmagalur till 28.12.2020 06.30 pm. The distance is around 100 kms. When I enquired Shimoga Office they are giving all nonsense replies.

Poor service. The parcel destined to Mysore will go Mangalore. If approached they will answer tonight will redirect to Mysore. Similarly one sent to gorur has an dist will go to nagamangala. Its better to post in ordinary post than wasting money.

They are unprofessional and not eligible to become courier services at all. Very very irresponsible staff and gives LKG & UKG childish reasons to customer queries. All staffs are dumb and worst in dealing with customers. My suggestion is never ever go for this courier service.
