Well..Even single star is also too high like Mount Everest for this office. Staff at this location are highly arrogant and non responsive. They behave as if they are sacrificing their life or they are doing favors to us and we are soo lucky enough or fortunate to have postal office. The motive of public service is completely missing and that is the reason why people of India want India postal to be privatized. I think this is a trick, if am not wrong they take $$ from private couriers so that they discourage people visiting post offices so that we get annoyed and visit private couriers. They must know that they are serving people and once people stop visiting post offices then they will become jobless. Irony is they gets annoyed to serve however they draw huge salaries and encourage private couriers and do not want to India Post to be privatized. What a hypocrites. I am sure that if the postal staff are polite in answering to customers and do their job properly, there's no scope for private couriers.
