TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED , I send a courier (medicine) for my grand parents . Medicine didn't go for 2 days . When i called them , The one who's incharge is like we can't send to the address let them come and pick it up otherwise we'll return the parcel .i don't know what kind of behavior that staffs have . They are oldage people they can't go and get the courier. It's really a WORST COURIER SERVICE , staffs Don't even know how to behave to the customers .In what process they take them to job .
