It's been 1 week since the mail was sent to my house and still not delivered. The person who sent me the mail asked me at the courier office and they told me to go to Kandampatti to collect it. If you go and ask in person, it is not here, it is at the 4 road branch. They said that they can go there and get it. They made me stand for more than 45 minutes at 4 road branch. They said they need an identity card for postal delivery. They said that they will scan the ID card and give the delivery. Who authorized them to scan ID cards of common people? They refused to deliver the mail as they said not to scan it. And they text that I refuse to receive mail.

At present they are not delivering covers to home. They will also don't inform you of the receipt of covers. We have to take it from their district H. O. They say lack of staffs. Yesterday I went to Salem H. O. at Kandampatty bye pass. They asked me to write the details of the courier i.e. No., Date of booking and place of booking in a small piece of paper. I have given the same and I was asked to wait for half an hour. Then only they delivered my medicine cover.
