Very very pathetic service. They are frauds and they keep on trying to fool us.My parcel reached town on 15th and they never delivered it.Whenever I try to call them they simply reject the phone without any manners.And when they call me and I answer there will be absolute silence from there end and at last they will message telling that delivery failed because I was not available.I don't know why they are open if they couldn't do the work responsibly.Worst experience I ever had.I think something has happened to my parcel like either it is missing or it is damaged because of them that is why they are trying to fool me with their tricks . Doesn't even deserve one star.Horrible.

Worst delivery service . there is no way u can contact them. they will call u from some number nd when answered there is no responce . If we call back they will say the mobile number is not registered or the pin enterd is wrong .When I checked the reviews i understood that the situation is same for all the customers.Must take some legal activities against these frauds

Facing worst experience from ecom express. They are delaying the order for more than a week. Very bad experience. Atleast they could keep a minimum manners to communicate the exact reason to the customer. Simply mentioning in the track as 'order is on hold'. Very bad behaviour. And also not provided any contact number in website. So customers are not able to connect them. Worst worst experience from ecom express. Don't go to ecom express.

My parcel arrived Kochi on 20th Oct 21. It took 6 days to reach Thiruvalla on 26th Oct. Still not delivered. Ecom HO. Saying no delivery to my place. They never called and informed me. Parcel is urgent.

Please don't anyone bring anything through this courier. It is not their responsibility to bring home the medicine ordered through Medlife. This courier service is very bad behavior saying that if you don't give the cash when it arrives. Amazon Cash on Delivery is very polite. There is not even a phone number to call. After two days, the retain will be hit without asking or telling.

Number one fraud behaviour from this. My package received on 23rd Dec 2020. Gave me a call @10pm on 29th Dec. When I attended no answer. I tried to call back, no response. Next day the product send back to seller. Idiots are working on this .. very sad. If you are not able to fulfill . Then why wasting other time and money. Idiots....... Fools... There is no number at all. Please don't do this to us.

Please try and avoid this delivery service even if you have no other resort… I had placed an order for an item on 15th June 2021 with an e-commerce platform and was told I would get my product delivered by 25th June (max).. while tracking the order I understood that it reached these people on 21st June itself and they made no efforts whatsoever to contact me but kept updating that the pin code doesn’t match or some reason or the other…I was not surprised because this has happened in the past also when ecom was to deliver things to my address… (I was sure they would goof things up again).. Still I gave them the benefit of Covid and that there may be delay in service due to shortage of manpower or lockdowns…So I even tried to locate them using google maps but was not possible at the location given and on enquiry with the locals i was told they had shifted to a new location which God alone knows… they don’t even have the decency to give a contact number online even when you are running a service that involves sending and receiving things which may be important and urgent…and especially during this pandemic when you have difficulty to go out and buy things physically… There needs to be some regulations on banning such substandard courier services from functioning. 🚫Please, please avoid this courier service. P.S. My rating is 0 for this service

Worst courier service ever. Even if it's free I won't use it. My parcel from AJIO has shown that it reached Thiruvalla 8 days back but still the courier hasn't been delivered. Everyday I am getting notification from AJIO that the delivery has attempted but they haven't attempted delivery at all.

E com courier service in Thiruvalla is not a good one. We have several bad experiences with them. Last day I had ordered a product and it came by E com courier. Usually if a product arrives the particular courier service will contact us for delivering it. But ,in this case as it came through E com , they had not contacted us . It returned .Also we had once went there for returning a product , we saw that there are no proper staffs for delivering any product. Therefore we had bad experience with them. Also they won't call us .

They are not even trying to deliver the product. If one way is closed they don't deliver the product. At least they can call the person and inform. They don't do it. They says they don't know. Irresponsible behaviour. Not even add a phone number to contact them. Don't know about other franchise of Ecom express but this one is horrible. If any one planning to send any item through this please avoid this particular franchise atleast.

Extremely unprofessional guy. He was 2 houses far from my place... And he said he is not able to find my address. Pathetic. Such a cheap courier guy. I ordered something from My Glamm and it was supposed to reach my place by 17th and today it's already 22nd. Still not received any call... Neither any response from the couriers end. Extremely unprofessional attitude. Just soo this company.

No number to contact them on Google. If they dont want to work this should be scrapped. Thousand other courier services who work diligently.

Ecom Express Thiruvalla, Kerala is one among the best courier services in town.... !!! Yesterday one of the product had to be delivered from Amazon to my friend at Kottayam but I got the message that the attempt to deliver the product failed. I called Kottayam Ecom express but had an issue in contacting their office. Hence I called Thiruvalla Ecom express office and they responded within minutes. Their customer service is the best as my friend got the product yesterday itself. I appreciate Mr. Ajith Nair, DC Head for his perseverance and readiness to respond to the problem and provide an immediate solution. Hats off to him and his team. Worst delivery experience ever. If i could put 0 stars i would happily do that too. I ordered a phone from Flipkart on 15th and it reached this office at 18th. Great. Now from there it was to be delivered but as Chengannur is near my house, and they have a delivery center there, they send it to wait for it.. cochin..! I saw that in the tracking and went there to ask about why it was sent and they were unprofessional and rude. Ok if that's the process they do, it's fine.. but even after 11 days the product hasn't reached. ( The irony though.. ) Had i walked from thiruvalla or even cochin for that matter i would have reached home faster. I would update this when (and if) i receive my order. As i said, the worst experience i have ever seen. Truly unprofessional, and there is lack of any form of communication for the place. Just the customer service which is inefficient to say the least. If possible stay far far away and use ANY Other courier service. Or even indiapost for that matter.
