Very unprofessional staff. At document check window, staff keeps shouting even at senior citizens, don't even look properly at your documents & say that go back fill the form again & pay fees again. They behave very badly so please don't do your appointment at this PSK. You will suffer & time will be wasted if you select this PSK as your appointment place. Better to go to Ghaziabad PSK.

The staff is rude and not co-opearative. I have visited the PSK office in Meerut today and in the application I have not filled in the Father's name but have mentioned the Mother and the spouse name and the form was successfully submitted online. Even while submitted the form any one of the family details was mandatory and not all. The executive has asked me to go to Ghaziabad office and have told me to apply for fresh application and submit the fees again as this can not be corrected/edited by them. All the executive were busy in their personal stuff and they don't even listen to people. They don't follow the guidelines which are mentioned online and according to them the guidelines for offline PSK is different. It is clearly mentioned at the passport seva official website that in case of any error found after submitting the form then the same can be updated / corrected at the PSK office during the appointment. Very disappointed by the staff at the Meerut PSK office.

I visited this facility on 1st May 2019, my experience was wonderful... It took around 1.5 hours in total ...my appointment was at 12.15 pm ... There were around 30 to 35 people waiitng... only half of them were applicants others were friends n family accompanying them... Place is small and seating arrangement is not proper but it was not that bad... Firstly, give your appointment receipt to the front desk and wait for call for document verification. After that, wait for token allotment Then as per your token number you will be called for photo and fingerprints and you are done ... Waiting time may vary but it's not that bad as other comments suggest... Take all original documents plus 1 copy of each as there is not facility for photocopying nearby....

Though the representatives sitting in the Meerut office were very polite and nice to me when I visited the place to submit the documents

PLEASE DON'T VISIT THIS PSK EVER!!!! "WORST SERVICES". ALWAYS THERE IS NO CONNECTION . RECENTLY I HAD AN APPOINTMENT FROM 11 AM AND THERE WAS "SYSTEM DOWN" ACCORDING TO THE STAFF . AND THEN THEY TOLD TO WAIT TILL 4 PM TO SEE IF THE SYSTEM WORKS OR NOT . I WAITED TILL 4 PM AND NO RESPONSE THE SYSTEMS WERE NOT WORKING .. BETTER TO TAKE YOUR APPOINTMENT SOMEWHERE ELSE RATHER THAN WASTING TIME HERE.

My experience was wonderful. Make sure of three things before visiting this popsk. 1 . Printout of appointment letter is required. It's a myth that only msg (that many of u have received) is sufficient for appointment. 2. Phto copy of adhar card , pen card , and 10th marksheet Orr the document as per criteria. 3. And make sure that the original documents u are going to give them , all must have same name of yours printed. Suppose if ur name in 10th marksheet is "XYZ KUMAR" and your name in your adhaar card is "XYZ CHAUDHARY" , then without a single minute of delay they ask you to reschedule your appointment. And if u have all the three things which are mentioned above , then your experience will definitely smooth .

Staff doesn't want to work at all...worst experience... they even didn't help for editing saved forms and send every one back without cancelling the previous application. Even after mailing to their higher authority, they didn't corrected it. One has to go back and forth again and again for small things, rude behaviour...one has literally told me to not teach him his work very rudely when I said that its written on site that print out is not required...but its my bad luck that I have to go back again there for my work...
