Worst service for the second tym.. From tirunelveli to anjugramam it took around 10 days.. Till it's not received at our end but in their tracking portal it says it has been delivered on 12 th of May.. Contact no of the office is wrong no and the contact no of the person who has delivered the courier is also switched off. Really pathetic condition . Plz avoid this courier..

Worst ever service. I don’t recommend this. For shipping a package around Nagercoil, it takes around 3 to 4 days. And still not yet shipped. It just 4 kms away from their hub. Status showing, out for delivery for more 3 days. Delivery boy details and hub details were invalid. Delivery boy, not even picked up our call even after we made 20 to 25 calls. What kind of customer service they offer, i still can’t imagine their working standards. Even if i would i have go by walk for delivery. I would have delivered within 2hrs. These type pathetic incidents happens when we plan for birthday surprises. Later, due to their irresponsible service everything has gone flop. And I don’t want you people experience the same with them. Unfortunately am giving 1 star, that doesn’t mean they deserve it. There’s no other options for negative stars!!
