I have never seen such courier company who can not home delivery and the courier customer care executive is verry very rude behavior one of the Lady call me and said very rudely we can not delivery your parcel you have to come here to pick it up... People do not use this delivery company they don't have customer atten manners

This is the worst courier service ever, if we can even call it a service. Not insured and they do not answer the calls, don't update their website. Useless. It has been more than 12 days and my courier has still not reached the intended beneficiary. The numbers on Google or their site have not been updated for ages. According to the tracker it is in the same city for the last 4 days but still not reached the destination.

Poor service. They refused to deliver to a address which is just 6 km from their office. They sat on the parcel for four days (as per status updated updated in website, parcel had reached Kashipur office 4 days back) before calling me to tell that they will not deliver to my address. Office staff is also rude.
