I've been using Professional Courier for quiet long time more than 20 years. Have used the service and have been very satisfied. After Moving to Aswapuram (Manuguru, Kothagudem - 507116) based on my previous experience with Professional Couriers, i used the same service. But the service here in the name of Professional Couriers is Pathetic. Im posting this review after couple of bad incidents that has happened just because the people managing this Professional Courier service in Manuguru and Aswapuram are leat bothered on the customers or the brand that they maintain. My Consignment Number: MAA271428322 Please think twice before getting a consignment or planning a shipment from here as the experience would be bitter and no guarantee on the shipment and what it would happen. Be ready to face these consequences if your planning your consignment through Professional Courier in Manuguru, Aswapuram (HWP Colony): 1) Though the shipment reaches you will not be able to track anyone to get the parcel in hand. Remember they dont deliver door to door here. 2) Some Random numbers will be shared on whom to be reached, but these guys will be ready to pick up a fight and threaten to return back the consignment or take it back. I was shared a number as Mr.Karthik who is driving the professional couriers in this place and the way he speaks and responds is something no one wishes to take it forward anymore 3) Though you get an acknowledgement that the shipment has reached the delivery station, these people will still pretend that it is not received. They make you juggle between the different consignment center to track the parcel It is a bad experience, and it is like indirectly the courier people asking the customers like why did you choose Professional couriers when there are so many other courier services around. A well branded and reputated services like "Professional Couriers" are taken by locals here just to spoil the name of the brand and indirectly promote the other Courier partners around. Would recommend other Courier services in and around Aswapuram (heavy Water plant colony) and Manuguru.
