worst customer service. when i call after knowing the parcel out for delivery though tracking they said like " call vanthucha parcel vantha kondu varuvaga " like this. I saw out for delivery abt mrng 10.30 but till 3 no call.. after 3 i received call to collect parcel from office. very very worstu delivery service

Hi sir, Worst service and poor response by their staff.... Being am businessman no proper response from staff....The management will never see the review think soo...The owner of the courier is MEMBER OF PARLIAMENT RAMANATHAPURAM....He is not ready to satisfy the customer need...How he will speak for people in parliament?????
