Most Laziest delivery service i have ever seen. product shipped on 25th September from delhi and it is received at Hyderabad hub on 29th September, still i have not got the prodcut delivered(as on 6th October. their Customer care number is IVR and you will get only to listen what is recorded. Any products purchased online, please ask the venodr to not ship with this stupidest delivery partners.

There is no proper staff or the process to check the courier, The staff are not polite and supportive regarding any information. The maintenance or managing the couriers are not in.proper manner. This is 200% useless and waste courier. Advising all do not order epooja store because, they in turn tieup with this couriers. I do not want to even type their name. The parcel went two times between Hyd-Nizam bad hub. from 29th-31st July. Then sent to Warangal on 3rd Aug from Nizambad. TIll today it was not delivered (even at this time)to Hanmakonda- Warangal. Requesting all customers do not select Epooja store , other wise you will be in trap of this dam useless ecom courier
