Worst service. My goods was stuck at there jamshedpur warehouse since 12th of april 2022 and everyday they were giving false promise and hopes that today or tomorrow it will get delivered. Finally i had to arrange a vehicle myself and got it collected on 19th April 2022. Fake and liar people here.

Very bad services. My item (DWD: 190249172) reached on 03 Oct 21 at 5 am but till date (07 Oct 21) not delivered. Customer care also not able to solve or reply reason for delay. My complaint No.568661 dt 06 Oct 21. Today 07 Oct 21 again I talked to customer care but not able to provide any solution or reasons for delay. I recommend not to use TCI exp service.
