Innocent surrounding village people simply walk-in and waits for their turns for long and in-between the mafia (staff close people) inserts forms to keep the waiting people delay further and at the end such delay becomes the argument reason for the nuisance. Transparent token system approach to be provided and staff needs to be educated on their approach of dealing with the citizens. In case they are in short of man power it needs to be highlighted to the higher officials to look on the subject. A new word I heard from the staff of the limit of applications reached for the day which is not in the dictionary of UIDAI. No doubt I have noted some good staff at the place. And all I am expecting are the services provided are in more transparent and in lively way.
