I could have rated zero but no option, such a horrible service, for less than 500gms of packet they charged Rs. 200 from hyderabad to Chennai, booked on 28th Feb, till date it is not delivered, no one picks call. Very worst service.

Worst worst worst service ever. Very unprofessional. I was supposed to receive a consignment which arrived at this office 20days ago, but they never bothered to call that the courier has arrived. Not even single time they called. When I try to reach them, they either are not picking up call or they switch off their phones. Finally after repeated attempts they picked the call but they say that my home address is outside their limits. I asked if they can come till the limits, I can collect that from there, but they denied and insisted to pick from their office. When I went to pick up the courier at their office they have dispatched back to source location Chennai. They make mockery of the customers.
