Terrible!!! They left my parcel at some other place and when I called them to make a complaint, they told me that it was my mistake, I should have kept track of delivery. Also, they don't give an intimation or updates related to the tracking of your parcel. Neither they give you a call about the arrival of the parcel. They can just deliver it anywhere. Horrible experience!! And when I asked about the name of the courier service, they lied. They told me it was Tirupati Courier Service (I assume that this service is good enough for them to replace Maruti with Tirupati ). I recommend avoiding this courier service. Much better services are available out there. They can just throw your parcel anywhere!
