This company is a fraud, for how many days my prepaid parcel was being shipped, they do not show any updates, they do not show ID tracking. After going there they didn't even know and in front of me they showed Delivery failed in their system and didn't give it to me even after receiving the parcel but entered in return. When I asked, I told the delivery attempted, but I used to call the delivery boy every day, he only sends OTP and the delivery boy does not come with the parcel. No Responsibility, nothing, the boss of the office also passes the time, does not give proper service to the customer and says, go where you can complain. Have to do it. Save your time and money, don't book orders with them.

The biggest fraud delivery agents I have experienced... My prepaid shipment from ajio they failed to deliver twice... I get pin otp by sms. The delivery executive doesn't pick up the phone.. I tried 15 times today... I have all evidences... Something has to be done of such FRADULENT delivery companies

The courier came to my building but did not call at my number. The payment had been made but he did not leave the packet with the security people at the gate in these Corona times. They requested but he had an argument with them and took the packet back and instead sent the wrong message that the area is in containment zone and so the delivery could not be made. Wrong address and no telephone number is given in their website. I had to go myself to take my item. Worst service.. will never use it again.
