I am from Tirunelveli, Tamilnadu. Very very worst service of this ECom Express. I have order some product on Meesho. Last time also I went directly to the ECom office & received the products. This second time also I didn't receive the product by door delivery. If You the people not have sufficient delivery persons and Unable to do the business properly as on time, just stop all the irregular services.

I got cheated by the delivery agent of ecom express Tirunelveli. My product was returned and he took the product from me and he marked as pick up cancelled. I didn't got my refund also, I tried contacting delivery guy or this hub but it is not reachable. #fraud
