You will fall short of words to explain how bad their service is. I have been waiting for my courier for more than 12 days now. The last update shown in their website is like 2-3 days old, still I have not received any call or update from them. It was supposed to be one of the fastest deliveries. Most of the phone numbers available on the internet doesn't work and the one which works, never gets connected. So you are left with no clue whether you will receive your parcel or not. I would request anyone thinking of using their service, man you can travel and deliver on your own that will be way faster than their service. Else please go for some other service provider. Hope this review will be helpful to others who are thinking to use this service!!

Phone numbers given over SkyKing website are not reachable and there is one landline no. which is getting connected but noone is answering. My package reached from Gujarat on 1st November but I'm not able to contact them since a week. I try daily on the given numbers which is really a waste of time.

Really worst service . Firatly it was showing out of delivery nd i didn't received my courier on that day then i called them , they told me it will be delivered next day and after that i didn't recieved any call from them and theygave the wxcuse of incomplete address...i have recived too many courier and online orders on the same order and they are telling me that the address is incomplete. Such a worst courier service , indian post is far better than this courier service. There were books in that courier now it will be returned toh delhi nd i have to pay extra charges and wait for 10 days to get back my books😭😭😭😭😭🙄🙄

Worat experience with @skyking, wasted my time and money. If you are not capable of delivering parcles to the home, they just say it to customers. I paid ₹80 and sent a parcle to nellore and they said they won't deliver, it's customer's fault they sent the parcle. Never sending parcle through skyking service again. U lost a customer.

I wish that i'd seen the earlier reviews then i wdv asked the sender not to utilize their non-services! With grt difficulty i managed to get through them(local courier office) and its only after i told them in no uncertain terms that i'm approaching Consumer Forum to lodge a complain when they sent the parcel over. Poor to the core, and i do intend to go to the Forum! After all why should the consumers suffer due to such pathetic services?!
