I had a courier to reach and the delivery man is asking me to come 5 KM and refused to pick up the parcel, they gave missed call and sent me SMS that they are not able to locate me, where already Has delivered 4 times with the same issue. That's why I'm doing this asana so that everyone knows that you have to pick up the order at your home and you don't have to travel to pick up the parcel

Ecom's service is very dirty, they will not deliver the parcel to your address and will call you at another place, come and take it. If you speak on the address, you will speak two and you will not get it. And will write on the parcel status that the customer refused to take the parcel or will write that the address is wrong. I want to tell you people that if these people deliver on your address, then take it, otherwise don't take it, if you complain about it in courier, courier people do nothing, they just say that action will be taken but your parcel will be returned. I don't do any rating in this Google's rule is you have to do a rating

Store returned with remark that address not found/ wrong address without making any call/efforts to trace address. Further no any contact number of Badlapur office available on site to contact delivery boy.Very very irresponsible service.

I have given return request on Amazon hence product should be pick by ecom express but they are not coming to collect the product and directly mentioned pick up has rescheduled. As they are lawless and don't call to customer as well. Very worst experience by Amazon and courier partner ecom express.
