I have booked 1.5kg is courier service yesterday evening from Trichy Thilainagar to Villupuram district on 22nd October. However the box has been shipped wrongly to pennadam instead of Villupuram. I have been following up with the ST courier service where no one bother about wrong route incident. Such a poor response and coordination i ever noticed in past. Still it's in pennadam and nobody has called me for undelivered items. It is evident that as per their wish and need they will deliver it seems to be. Such a worst service i never seen before. I really doubt that they are not working for customers rather working for something else.

They are not delivering the item in time . From 23rd they are keeping in hand it is 25th. Till now I don't receive the parcel . Very bad

Never book for Bangalore. Had a nightmare in getting it delivered with so many follow ups with Bangalore hub and Chennai HO, even though material that reached the hub next day was delivered on the third day. Delivery hub puts dubious reasons in update to cheat the HO.
