Door delivery suppliers are very arrogant. They are not even informing about their arrival to deliver the goods. If delivering to shops they should be flexible in delivering according to shop timings. Coming in odd hours without informing and shouting the customers for non availability is really frustrating. Simultaneously disconnecting the call while speaking is like insulting the customer. Vrl office people should educate the delivery people not to act rudely with the customers.

Service and accessibility is good. But the behavior of Employees are very worst. Treating the customers very badly and difficult to reach them through phone call. Even if you reach through phone, no proper responses .
