Having wrost experience with ecom ... I'm a seller and since last 2 month every order got cancelled due to pickup issue... No one came for pickup they don't even care if I call them for pickup they make silly excuses like my pincode is not serviceable but in reality Xpressbees and delhivery pick shipment on time.

They don't care what information you provided to them for delivery. They do whatever they want to do. My order returned by them without informing me. I had to go at their office for asking about my order. Worst courier service ever.

Very bad services. Generally if you order from Infibeam, and if agent arrives at your home anyhow after calling you many times, he will never come again and will not reply or cooperate. If you missed once your order, then you get puzzled. Their offices close at 5 PM sharp, imagine how they claim in their sent message that your product will be delivered before 7pm. Totally not happy with ecom express Haridwar.
