Pathetic experience, if the app allows me I will give them negative ratings. They don't have any professionalism. The parcel was received in Bhopal on 24 Nov 22 and today is 26, still they don't deliver the product. On the 26th afternoon I got the message of today's delivery but they don't deliver the parcel I have continuously tried to contact the delivery person but he does not pick up the call. Maybe he is not bother about informing me because he knew the values of his firm very unprofessional experience. They are just doing nothing. I suggest the people for not using the courier services from E-com. Also I have mailed them in the morning but unfortunately no response from their mail. Today is 28 Nov parcel is still undelivered. They decided not to deliver the product and updated for not finding the location. The delivery person did not pick up the calls I made on a regular basis. Very very bad experience from E-com. Higher authorities should look into the matter seriously, however I also raise a complaint in the district forum for such hectic and suffering I bear during the time.

These Ajio and Ecom Basterds both are Harassing me like anything showing fake attempt and Not delivering my prepaid order everyday showing out of delivery but no one calling to deliver my parcel ... Iam going to make legal case against both the companies will sending notice immediately ecom is the delivery partner of Ajio and customer service of Ajio are helpless to help me out. What rubbish is this please do not use Ajio for online shopping also never use ECom deliver company for any parcel delivery. Both the companies should be Black list immediately for fake commitments and using customers money without sending their product. Very bad experience man really horrible and pertheic.

Worst delivery people. Pathetic service. They try to portray the customers as irresponsible and unresponsive to the online merchants, whereas it is them not providing the basic delivery service. If you don't wish to deliver, then why have you taken up such a business. Very poor service!

The most horrible and non professional delivery service...if you are unlucky enough to have your parcel shipped by them, pray it reaches you on time..my parcel was overdue by 2 days and was urgent to me, so went there to physically to collect it and they said they don't have it and it is in their hub more 10 kms away and it will reach me after 3 days more..had to go all the way to the hub with one of their employees to collect it.. I spent 300 bucks on petrol to get my package on time..they don't have a contact number and horrible back end tracking services for customers.. I suggest if you have a parcel overdue and it's urgent, don't rely on them...go to them and find out where it is and collect it personally...they have a delivery office in shahjanabad, awadhpuri, chunabhatti and mandideep...their hub is located @ chitransh warehouse located ahead of lnct college on raisen road..you can find the warehouse on maps as well.

Trust me, this is one of the most pathetic courier service I have ever experienced. They are not bothered about customer service. The delivery person simply updates the wrong information that they could not reach out to customer and hence returning back the parcel. This type of attitude will not help them to grow.
