There delivery person is irresponsible . Even he comes to your area he will not deliver your parcel . You keep on calling and they will not response . Parcel is out for delivery but it will not reach you . Pls dont opt for ecom express . They have hired people who are illiterate amd they dont have any kind of sense . Satyam tripathi is delivery boy who kept on saying that he is coming in 5 mins but his 5 mins is still not completed in 24 hrs . That was some urgent parcel which was required as medicines but due irresponsibility it has not reached yet. There executives keep saying that we are sorry for inconvinience.
