They dont serve you at doorstep and not an intimation is given regarding our parcel whether it has reached their place and whether they are delivering it or not. Simply they put without calling us that the customer is not reachable whereas I filed complaints two times with the Customer Care, from there also I didnt get proper response, they were not ready to share the branch contact no. also. Very bad service. 1 star also is more for them

I have ordered cloths for my baby from first cry. Expected delivery was on 22nd July 2020. Not received yet. When I had contacted first cry, they got feedback that delivery attempted on 23rd July 2020. For which, I asked for call details of delivery person for confirmation that they have attempted delivery. Not responded yet. I know that delivery not attempted, as I am personally available at home 24X7 due to lock down and not even received any call for delivery. You can note that they not even mentioned any contact number on which we can contact. Shame on this kind of customer service. Negative reviews are not available else I would have given negative stars.
