If I can give MINUS star, I would have given the MINUS... worst services ever... They are rescheduling their delivery as per their convenience. My product was recieved in their hand yesterday.. They still no called me, then they requested "rescheduled the delivery on 31st as per the customer request". So I should wait for that upto 31st March.

Every time i order in Amazon i pray and wish that my item should not reach vellarikkundu office. If i had an option to choose the courier partner no Ecom for sure. All the above reviews are 100 true and i never had a single good experience from them. No number to call, if u go there they will say ur item is not here, it's out for delivery, sometimes it will be in vellarikundu for dayssss. Zero star or even minus. I wish amazon will reconsider their partner.

Please don’t use the agency for delivery services the staff are very rude and unkind full they don’t know how to talk to the people even to the old people I order some items from amazon for my parents he doesn’t want to deliver to my house he needs to go some one to go his shop to pick up the order or else he said that I will return it, this kind of staff mentality I never saw it I don’t know there is any management for this company.

I don't know why they run an office here. Amazon delivers some of their items in this place through Ecom. The delivery boys won't call to inform about the order. Even if we make a call they won't pick and answer.

Worst courier service experience ever. Two of my important parcels returned mentioning delivery attempted, customer not responding. They never contacted me. Courier services like ECOM Express is spoiling their credibility by opening branches with such irresponsible people. Requesting you to address it if possible. You can see the quality of the service from the ratings given and the previous comments. Pathetic.

Dear customers, please understand what is Ecom Express Vellarikund in 10 points 1. All the staff are uneducated and don't know how to deliver products.. 2. If you return a product they don't know how to complete it through their system. ( they will say network problem) 3. Imagine that if you are a delivery boy at Ecom Vellarikund, You can decide the working hours and parcels (for delivery). 4. There is no supervision so what the delivery boy decide that is final. 5. The delivery boys will take products as per their interest and rest all things will be returned without informing the customer. 6. If you order by prepaid the delevery boy will give it somewhere and call you " i have already given in this shop collect from their") 7. Customer can give working adress and choose option monday to Friday for delivery.. But these vellarikund Ecom boy will come sunday. Becouse they don't know to read delivery instructions. 8.This office is situated at Kallanchira junction near Vellarikund, Once you see this office I am sure that you will never buy product again. 9. If you try to call Ecom customer care they can do 3 matter, To open ecom website, Put order id, Say the last location. 10. As per my experience I would like to say put a pincode where direct delivery(Amazon) is accessible they will do fast delivery.

Ecom express is not at all a good delivery agent. They are just working for name sake. 2 times My consignment has returned to sender with a comment: unable to contact customer. Many times it showed Out for delivery, sms will come, but by evening it will be showing : delivery rescheduled. They are not delivering items at doorsteps. The reason they say: we have to complete the delivery on time. We are not paid for interior locality delivery. Even after many complaints to amazon, they send with same courier company only. Ecom express is a NOT TO BE GRADED courier company, at least at vellarikkund. I have one item in their office now, from 4 days. No update after that. They scanned the item at vellarikundu. But no update. They are lazy to deliver items to customers. After some days, they may even send back the items. All these above complaints are with proof in hand. No contact number provided to contact them. Ecomexpress customer care is so slow to respond. 14-20 days to reply for an email query. FATE... Vellarikundu, being a Taluk headquarters, needs a standard courier service company which deals with the customer in a better way.
