Simply send messages regarding delivery that your order will be delivered today but by evening another message they will send ,you didnt attend the call so delivery automatically cancelled. Without a call they update the status like this and returns the order.

Pathetic ppl n uncultured behaviour.Not professional at all. I ordered an item( COD) from M&S.Item reached PTA Ecom,i missed the first call n they updated address not lacated n tried to cancel my order.I contacted them the nxt day and explained the route map,the delivery boy Praveen said he will bring the item nxt day but dint turn up. The nxt day evening i got a call frm Praveen saying my item is locked n he need to pay the COD amnt to get it released so i shld google pay him the amnt.I suspect this courier guy as a fraud n said no paymnt untill i get the product in hand.He was extremly rude to me n also said its not his duty to deliver my product home.I wonder what is the duty of the delivery guys. Today is the 13th day that my product reached PTA and i dont have a clue abt my item. Finally i emailed M&S guys n am awaiting their reply.

If there's a negative review option I will give that. 3 of my products has reached pathanamthitta a week back, one has been sent back to the seller already as they can not locate the address without my consent. One is showing out for delivery since couple of days but till date didn't get any calls or the product. I have no idea about the third one, it has been rescheduled but god knows whether I will get it or not. There's no phone number so I can't contact neither their office or the delivery guy. If you can't deliver properly and contact the customer theb why do you take the order at all. I have never faced any problem with other delivery services. This is worse
