Worst experience with ecom express. No responsibility, no professional, don't know how to behave. They are asking us to come nearest area to collect our product as per their convenience. I refused to go when they called me, so they changed delivery status as pincode is wrong. I am using this address as default address since from last 6 to 7 years. Even I have received one month back one parcel (ordered in AJIO) through Ecom express at my address. Why they accepting the order if they don't want to deliver to exact order? Finally I went and collected, while collecting my order I asked to delivery person that why are u not delivering to exact address instead asking us to come nearest area, he simply said that its not my area. What a responsible on his job. Whether ur area or ur frd area be responsible on your job. Make it as customer friendly not as per your convenience. I strongly unsatisfied with Ecom express.
