Worst service. No delivery boys available. Item status was out for delivery on March 22 nd . But no phone call upto March 30th. Even after repeat Mobile calls didn't get any response from Ecom Express Sathupally. I went personally to their office by travelling 35 kms on 30th March. Very reckless answers from executive who sit in that office. Finally I didn't get my package to my hand, as that is in lock position in their delivery system. They didn't tried to delivery and giving very very reckless answers suffering customers a lot. Very very bad service.
