These people working here tamper the shipments and utilize for their needs. Worst customer service and worst escalations team. Very worst center. Ecom expresee itself a worst delivery patner .please don't send your business parcels or personal shipments using ecom express . Worst worst courier service, I have seen in my life. They claim they attempted a delivery but they never called and the way they throw the packages around the delivery center, not sure how many packages survive till delivery

As soon you see the product has reached this hub.. Please go and get it on next day by yourself or else the product won't deliver to you if you wait.. Horrible experience.. If employees are facing issues with network, servers or any other.. Please inform the higher authority and tell them not to send any product to the hub until you clear the remaining products to deliver. So many people order for emergency purposes.

Waste courier in Chintamani I never seen this type of courier service. Supervisor is waste their is no proper response and responsibilities. Courier boys was not giving door delivery simply without contacting customer they will cancel delivery. Please change supervisor first...
