Pathetic service. Purposely delayed my orders and the delivery executive was extremely rude. Even after giving the directions over phone and confirming that it will be delivered within 1-2hrs, no attempt was made by them for completing the delivery. Without even attempting, he reported that my address could not be found. Called the Customer service associate, equally rude and asked to transfer some amount for his service. I wish I could attach the call recordings as well.

Pathetic service, my package is lying with you guys for more than 7 days, received OTP 4 times but the item is not delivered. Till date received no calls. If fact these courier service have grown up like mushroom but have disgusting infrastructure and their customer service is very poor.y office is at City Centre and if you guys would have requested me then I would have easily collected my package from Ambuja. The delivery center of Ecom Express in Durgapur is extremely egoistic and horrible.First of all they are absolutely money minded people, doesn't even care or cooperate with the problems of the courier receivers (consignee) .They do not share a contact number so that people can directly tell their changes opin delivery over phone. The behaviour of the official is really stupendous and worthless. Quite a few days ago ,I wanted to collect order from the center ,for some emergency .I reached only 15 min late travelling more than 20 kms , but none of the officials entertained me . So,with no cause repeated the same distance of 20 km on early morning at ,6AM to receive my parcel. I also want to make everyone not to opt this courier service,since they don't have any proper procedure and noble mentality to serve people.Instead you can try Shadowfax, DTDC,Delhivery,etc who atleast provide a appreciable service . I request the authority to look forward to improve this terrible callous behaviour of the officials and also to provide a contact number so that order receivers can contact with you if any dispute arises .

Very unprofessional service provider. I used to take service from different part of country , but this time I faced very bad service from Durgapur Ecom Express. I didn't received any sms or call from the delivery boy. My product is not delivered yet but they are showing status that "customer refused to accept". It is not only unprofessional but it is unethical.
