Very unsatisfied with the service. The packing staff did a good job but the guys at booking gave me an initial estimate of 15k for sending my bike from Thane to Amritsar, then revised it to 25k on hearing the name of the bike (HD). Very poor business etiquette.

Vrl only bags in customers through their sales team but their service is pathetic people at the godown are not co operative at all
