I'm have not yet received my courier. It has been almost a month. I was told I would receive my courier in 10days. Update: It has been over two months and I have only received 1 of 2 of my couriers. Update 2: I have still not received my 2nd courier and it's been over three months. Update 3: I have still not received my 2nd parcel. He didn't even gave a tracking number. He lost my parcel somewhere. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Please avoid this place and also please avoid DTDC company. DTDC doesn't even provide a proper customer service where one can raise a query.

On 11.06.2020 i got a parcel, sent on 10.06.2020 from kolkata, through dtdc. So service is very good. But the only thing is that the behavior of the delivery man is very very bad. In this pendamic situation he was using his musk to cover his chin only. His through of speech, attitude was very bad..... He was argumentative, where a delivery man should be polite. I immediately called the parcel sender of kolkata to complain against that delivery man of dtdc and to send percels in future through other courier service. My advise for dtdc, durgapur :"plz engage polite persons as delivery man and give them proper training before sending to a party, otherwise you will lose your goodwill". I am giving 1 star just for that delivery man's behavior.
