1.Worst Customer service 2. They damage the products and give 3. Staff are very rude towards customers 4. My family sent medicine on urgent basis and they didnt give me the parcel that day only reason was i was late by 5 minutes and office was open and they said parcel timings was 5:30 pm and i could see the parcel infromt of me over there and all the things are manual and alao could see the receipt lying they could have given but they chose not to give even after begging and telling them that is medicine and needed urgently they did not give. . PLEASE DONT SEND PARCEL THROUGH THIS COURIER SERVICE SEND WITHANY OTHER PARCEL COMPANY VRL IS THE WORST EVER IN KALABURAGI
