Worst experience in this firm. Have to pay and also have to handle luggage ourself, workers ask hamali(handling charges) to keep boxes on bike. One can judge the weight when i can carry 2 boxrs at once on bike. They already took 30rs as miscellaneous charges but they wont keep boxes on bike
