You would think that a courier company is supposed to deliver products at your home but here they offer you the exact opposite. You can experience the pleasure of going TO their office rather than having them deliver it to you cause they certainly don't do so. Phone number Didn't work. I wish I had an option to rate them in negative. Worst service providers. THEY don't deliver products on time and I have no idea what they do with the products lying at their office. They have no manners. If you guys cannot work properly please shut down the company and sleep at your homes because you guys seem uninterested in doing your job well. I would not recommend BLUE DART to anyone. WORST in this town. I repeat- WORST IN TOWN !!

In other cities Bluedart provides an awesome delivery service but in solan the service is the worst it's because of office staff,the staff is so lazy. i heard these words from them~ "Sir abhi busy hu muje kahi jana hai,sir aap office nahi aa sakte?,sir mei Sunday ko delivry kar dunga" They don't even care! Totally disappointed!

Delivery cannot get any worse than this, pathetic service. Solan Blue Dart team says that my address is incorrect when it is not. I have received thousands of packages on this address. Suprisingly Blue Dart has already delivered two packages on my address prior to this but only after I raised complaints with their Head Office. Conclusion of all this is that they deliberately avoid package delivery by saying that the delivery address is incorrect. I am not the only one who has had this experience with Blue Dart Solan.

I've had bad experiences multiple times while sending big parcels. I paid more than 5000 for 2 big boxes and what the receiver got was torn boxes and broken articles inside. Customer service is the worst. They will never accept their mistake. I recommend sending insured parcels as they are liable to pay the damages then.
