The location is good but parking space for your vehicle isn't easily available. No direction signs to office or godown in the campus. No one directs properly when asked. There is no one to help bring heavy items to your vehicle. Customer experience could be made drastically better by making simple, small changes- dedicated 1 or 2 spots for customer car/van inside campus and near their godown, signboards with direction to Office, and an enquiry desk visible from their gate. How difficult can these be? Overall an average experience.
