Worst service, the parcel was to be delivered in koppa , but due to urgency of the material i went from sringeri to shimoga , waited there for 4 hours to collect the parcel and for billing the manager took half an hour, there was VRL own vehicle and they have hired private transport also but the private vehicle had arrived first but they were not unloaded, first preference was to VRL vehicles and no proper response from the team , i was following each member there , very worst service and people
