They are doing nice work, I got good service. It is located in n easy access area in Kothamangalam, situated near to KSRTC stand. There are here for several years and most of the time they provide best service. Can park car on the road side but cant go inside. This is not a rush area and simply we can finish our work here without any time delay.

Absolutely hate their serivices. They promised to deliver to my location and once it reaches their kothamanaglam office they called and ask us to come to their office to claim the parcel else they will return it. Very rude behaviour, no customer service. If they cant deliver to a pincode they should have mention that before accepting the parcel. Now i have to travle 15km+ to claim the parcel. Personally i wont recommend Dtdc to any of my firends. This is the 3rd time they asking me to collect from their office.
