If you’re doing business with these people, one you’re new to town or you’re out of your mind. Yes, I was new to town when I arranged a courier with them to Bangalore. It was supposed to deliver in three days and took 16 days to reach destination. Every time you open the tracking information, you see it is under transit but not actual information. I was in need to deliver my job application in five days and just because I was so unlucky to choose them I couldn’t get the offer letter in time. Nice work DTDC, you messed up one more life in India.
