WORST DELIVERY EXPERIENCE. 0-star is the apt rating. I always used either bluedart or professional. Only once I used it. The courier packet just moved between the offices and reached its destination awfully late. Instead I sent another courier through bluedart before much later and it reached much earlier. Customer service is another nightmare. So is the on-site staff's response.
